Supersedes #26 and #22.

What

Takes the bun group update from #26 (Playwright 1.64, @screenly/edge-apps 26.8, jsdom 30, @types/jsdom 30, prettier 3.9.10, Bun types 1.4.4, npm-run-all2 9.0.4) except TypeScript, which stays on ^6.0.3. The lockfile is regenerated with bun install.

Why

#26 fails checks / Checks at the lint step. With TypeScript 7.0.2 installed, the ESLint config shipped by @screenly/edge-apps can't load: typescript-eslint reads ts.Extension, which TypeScript 7 no longer exposes (TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'Intrinsic') in CI). That means lint fails before it checks any file.

The PR also adds a Dependabot ignore rule for TypeScript major bumps, so the next monthly run doesn't bring TS 7 back before typescript-eslint supports it.

Verification

Run locally with bun 1.4.3:

  • With chore(deps-dev): bump the bun group with 9 updates #26's lockfile, edge-apps-scripts lint reproduces the CI error (under Bun it reads undefined is not an object (evaluating 'ts.Extension.Cjs')).
  • With this branch, bun install --frozen-lockfile, lint, type-check, test, format:check and build all pass.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Takes the bun group update from Dependabot but leaves typescript on
^6.0.3. Under TypeScript 7 the ESLint config shipped by
@screenly/edge-apps fails to load (typescript-eslint reads ts.Extension,
which TS 7 no longer exposes), so lint fails before it checks any file.

Also tells Dependabot to skip TypeScript major bumps until
typescript-eslint supports TS 7.
